Official Event Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to all FONE Network community members with verifiable social accounts (Telegram or Discord)

Submissions must be original artwork created by the participant.

No plagiarism, stolen assets, or recycled content will be allowed.

Must be minted into “Events” category.

2. Submission Guidelines

All entries must be minted as NFTs during the official minting period.

NFTs minted into the “Events” category before or after the minting period will not be eligible and will not be counted in the voting period.

Entries must be original and created specifically for this contest. Re-minted, modified, or previously submitted works are not allowed.

Each creator may submit up to 1 mascot entry.

Entries must clearly display the “OFFICIAL” Fone Network Logo.

Must name the mascot, can give backstory if you want.

Can be GIF or still image.

Must be minted into “Events” category.

Edits made for the sole purpose of keeping an NFT visible in the recent tab will result in automatic disqualification.

3. Contest Period

Start Date: September 10th, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

End Date: October 1st, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

4. Minting Period 

September 10th, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

  – September 17th, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

Minting MUST occur within this timeframe. No exceptions.

This is your chance to become the face of the Fone Network!

Campaigning during this event is allowed: Share the NFT link on all social media(X, Discord, Telegram, etc), tell the community and the world why you think YOUR mascot deserves to represent us! 

The ‘Feature NFT’ function on the NFT page is the only approved method for boosting visibility within the Fone Wallet App during the Minting Period.

5. Voting Period/Rules

September 18th, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

 – October 1st, 2025 12:00PM PST/ 7:00 PM UTC

Vote by leaving a like on your favorite Fone Mascot NFT. Votes are counted based on likes received on the Official FONE NFT Marketplace page.

One vote per user. Vote for ONE NFT.

Disclaimer: Due to some users having multiple wallets and liking a single NFT multiple times, One vote per person, regardless of wallet amount, has been instituted.

For transparency reasons, private accounts will not be counted in the final vote tally.

There will be wallet checks to ensure voter integrity. Voter fraud will not be tolerated. So make your vote count.

Final vote counts will be audited and validated by the platform before results are announced.

6. Prizes & Recognition

Winning mascot will be officially recognized and rewarded in FONE.

Top entry may be spotlighted by the FONE team in promotional materials.

Profile of winner will be featured on NFT Page for 2 weeks.

100,000 Fone will be awarded to the winning NFT (Mascot) in exchange for the NFT being transferred to the Official Fone Network Wallet

25,000 reward for the runner-up (2nd Place).

 All Mascot NFTs will be featured for free for the voting period.

7. Disqualification Grounds

Submitting NFTs minted outside the minting period.

Harassment, spam, or attempts to manipulate votes/engagement.

Any violation of FONE Network Community Guidelines/TOS.

Voting on a single NFT with multiple wallets by the same user.

Bots, automated voting tools, or vote-buying will result in disqualification

Exploiting edits to artificially maintain visibility in the recent tab is considered manipulation and will lead to immediate disqualification (Exploiting edits for visibility = manipulation = DQ)

Manipulation and/or fraud of any kind is strictly prohibited. 

The FONE Network platform reserves the right to carry out additional disciplinary actions beyond disqualification, depending on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent bans, or other enforcement measures

8. General Guidelines and Disclaimers

Organizers’ decisions are final.

All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the event organizers.

In the event of a tie, tiebreaking decision rests with Ivan Likov (CEO) and the Board of Directors.

Votes and entries are subject to audit for integrity. Organizers reserve the right to remove votes deemed fraudulent

By entering, participants agree to grant FONE Network full ownership rights to their submitted mascot, including but not limited to the use of the artwork, name, and likeness in all branding, promotional, commercial, and community materials. Participants acknowledge that submission of an entry constitutes a complete transfer of rights to FONE Network, and no additional compensation will be owed beyond the contest rewards, which will be distributed to the winner in exchange for the NFT being transferred to the Official Fone Network Wallet.

All non-winning entries remain the property of their creators, but FONE Network reserves the right to feature them in community showcases and marketing with credit to the creators.
